Learn how illustrators and concept artists create dynamic and imaginative drawings using inspiration boards, reference images and lots of imagination. See how the best in the business develop character and costume design, animal, creature, and monster drawings, vehicles and robots, interiors and landscapes. Put it all together with art that is out of this world. Some prior life- and figure-drawing experience recommended.

Limit 8 students

I wanted to improve my creative drawing skills and also have a local in-person event to attend weekly with other creative people, particularly in the dark winter months.  I especially enjoyed Jerel's slideshows, which were challenging and inspiring.  Jerel provided helpful feedback in real time; this class had a low barrier to entry (few materials needed); convenient time and location; great classmates; and a positive and supportive environment.  The instructor is very qualified and very thoughtful in materials presented and in communication. He tailored feedback to meet each student where they were, so everyone's work improved.
